Eric Bai – Senior Vice President, Bitmart
Eric Bai has been in the legal industry since 2012 when he was an associate a leading law firm in Shanghai, China, where he gained diverse practice experience including corporate, compliance, and dispute resolution. He also has the experience in working at a leading law firm in the U.S. He has been involved in the cryptocurrency and blockchain legal practice since August 2017, and he is a co-founder and co-chair of Meeting of the Tangents: The Business, Regulation, and Technology of Blockchain at Harvard Business School. He is an active advocator for social entrepreneurship and impact investment by frequently providing Pro Bono services to startups aiming to promote the welfare of people in and from Asia and Africa. He also serves the community as a Weinfeld fellow at New York University(“NYU”)School of Law, a mentor at Asian-Pacific American Law Students Association of NYU School of Law, and the co-founder of Young Alumni Committee of East China University of Political Science and Law North America Alumni Association. He is admitted in China and New York State. He received his LL.M from NYU School of Law, and his LL.B (equivalent of J.D.) from East China University of Political Science and Law.
